Who we are

Migaro Software ("Migaro", "we", "us") is a custom software development company based in Egypt. We are the data controller for the information described in this policy.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us and a limited amount of technical data. Specifically:

• Contact form submissions — your name, email address, phone number, the service you selected, your message, the language you used, and the time you submitted it.
• Analytics data — if analytics is enabled on this site, Google Analytics records pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
• Your theme preference — whether you chose light or dark mode. This is stored in your own browser and is never sent to us.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for, store, or process payment card details, government identification numbers, or passwords through this website. We do not buy personal data from third parties, and we do not build advertising or behavioural profiles about you.

Why we use it, and on what basis

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project — this is our legitimate interest in responding to someone who contacted us, and is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract.
• To keep a record of enquiries so we can follow up and maintain continuity — our legitimate interest in running the business.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it — our legitimate interest in maintaining our own website, using aggregated data only.

Who else processes your information

We use a small number of service providers, each acting on our instructions:

• Supabase — hosts the database where contact form submissions are stored, and runs the function that notifies us of a new message.
• Resend — delivers the notification email that tells our team a new enquiry has arrived.
• DigitalOcean — hosts this website.
• Google — provides Google Fonts (which receives your IP address when the page loads a font) and, where enabled, Google Analytics.

International transfers

Some of the providers above process data on servers outside Egypt, including in the European Union and the United States. Where your information is transferred internationally, we rely on those providers’ own standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions for as long as we may reasonably need them to follow up on your enquiry or to service an ongoing relationship, and we review them periodically. If an enquiry does not lead to a project and you have not been in touch with us for two years, we delete it.

You can ask us to delete your message sooner at any time, and we will unless we are required to keep it.

How it is protected

Contact form submissions are stored with row-level security enabled, configured so that the public website can only add a new message and can never read, change, or delete any message — including your own. Access to stored enquiries is limited to authorised members of our team. Data is encrypted in transit.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Delete your information.
• Stop using your information, or restrict how we use it.

How to exercise them

Email [email protected] and tell us what you would like us to do. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that we do not act on someone else’s instructions about your data.

Cookies and browser storage

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser’s local storage so the site looks the same on your next visit. Where Google Analytics is enabled, it sets its own cookies to measure site usage; you can block these in your browser settings without affecting how the site works.

Children

This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we handle information already collected will be communicated directly where we have a way to reach you.
